Digital art files (e.g., PNG, JPG, SVG) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use, redistribution, resale, or modification without express written permission is strictly prohibited. License grants do not convey ownership of intellectual property.

5. Physical Art Products

Physical items (e.g., prints, canvases) are shipped worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and product type. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier errors, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including artwork, logos, trademarks, and website design—is the exclusive property of Mass Effect Store or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
